A separate company presentation described the standalone Callaway portfolio at approximately $2.5 billion in LTM net sales as of Q2 2024. That LTM measure covers the Callaway equipment and active-lifestyle business and has a different business perimeter from consolidated annual revenue.
The same presentation reported the standalone mix as 55% Golf Equipment, 43% Active Lifestyle and 2% Toptracer. The percentages are presentation-reported and may not sum exactly because of rounding; LTM means the latest twelve months as defined in that presentation.

Callaway and Odyssey ranked #1 in U.S. golf clubs by dollar market share as of July 31, 2024, while Callaway ranked #2 in U.S. golf balls by dollar market share. The rankings were company-cited Golf Datatech measures, so dollar share should not be read as unit share.
Product-level measures add detail but use different definitions. Chrome Tour reached a record 12% share of the U.S. premium golf-ball category in the year ended June 30, 2024, while Ai Smoke was the #1 U.S. model-share club in irons, drivers and fairway woods during that market-share period.
Callaway also held #1 U.S. market share in putters and reported record U.S. market share in golf gloves in the same Q2 2024 presentation. The glove statement did not disclose a percentage, and the model and category measures do not establish total-market unit counts.

The company maintained #1 U.S. total-golf-club market share in Q3 2024 and said 2024 was trending toward its third consecutive year as the overall #1 golf-club share holder. The latter is a management trend statement rather than a final audited market-share series.

Callaway Revenue by Geography and International Trends
The 2024 10-K reported revenue by major geographic region rather than customer counts or shipments. The United States remained the largest region at $3,102.5 million in 2024, followed by Europe at $511.1 million, Asia at $487.6 million and the rest of the world at $138.1 million.
| Major region | 2023 revenue | 2024 revenue |

Asia revenue decreased $44.3 million, or 8.3%, in 2024 versus 2023. The company attributed the decrease mainly to softer Korean apparel demand and currency effects.
Rest-of-world revenue increased $7.2 million, or 5.5%, in 2024 versus 2023. The company attributed that growth mainly to Golf Equipment and Active Lifestyle sales in Australia and Canada, partly offset by currency.
Callaway Operating Performance, Cash Flow and Balance-Sheet Data
Segment and quarterly results show why revenue alone does not describe operating performance. Golf Equipment operating income decreased $9.7 million, or 5.0%, in 2024 versus 2023, with the company citing softer Korea conditions, freight costs and currency effects.
Active Lifestyle revenue decreased $88.4 million, or 7.8%, in 2024 versus 2023, with lower Callaway, Jack Wolfskin and TravisMathew soft-goods sales cited by the company.
For Q2 2024, consolidated net revenue was $1,157.8 million, down 1.9% year over year. GAAP net income was $62.1 million, down 47.1%, while non-GAAP net income was $83.1 million, up 9.9%; the non-GAAP figure reflects the company’s reconciliation.
The same quarter produced $205.6 million of adjusted EBITDA, 0.3% below Q2 2023, while adjusted EBITDA margin increased 260 basis points year over year. The presentation did not provide the corresponding margin percentages on the cited slide.

First-half 2024 cash provided by operations improved by $173 million versus the first half of 2023. In Q2 2024, the company also made a discretionary $50 million term-loan debt paydown; that amount is a repayment, not the total debt balance.

Callaway Sustainability, Energy and Logistics Statistics
At the Chicopee, Massachusetts ball facility, a new chiller installed in 2023 reduced annual electricity use by 280 MWh. A planned 4 MW natural-gas fuel-cell system was expected by the end of 2024 to cut approximately 1.9 million pounds of CO2 emissions per year; that is a forward-looking company estimate, not an achieved result.
At Callaway headquarters in Carlsbad, California, renewable-energy consumption rose from 40% in 2021 to 60% in 2023. The company set a target of 100% renewable-energy consumption at headquarters by 2027, which remains a target rather than an achieved outcome.
South Pacific rooftop solar supplied more than 30% of that facility’s electricity needs and was estimated to avoid roughly 85 metric tons of CO2 emissions each year. The exact electricity share and conversion or boundary details were not provided on the sustainability webpage.
Logistics data show a change in North American truck-based shipment coverage: SmartWay-certified carriers accounted for 98% of such shipments in the current sustainability disclosure, compared with 50% in 2016. These are company-reported shares, not a measure of all global shipments.
